Group Therapy
Group therapy gives an opportunity to take emotional risks in a safe environment. Connection grows between members as acceptance and healthy feedback is shared. Men’s groups, Women’s groups, and mixed groups all provide unique opportunities to learn and practice the gifts of acceptance of self and others.
Group therapy at The Creative Life Institute is experiential, supportive, and uses a variety of verbal, action, mindfulness, and expressive methods that help group members connect and grow.
Groups are ongoing, safe, confidential, and encourage the development of emotional intelligence and authenticity.
Members co-create a powerful container for transformation. Bob’s approach is to empower personal leadership and peer support, so these groups are also an opportunity to learn effective facilitator skills that can be used in a variety of settings.
